1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk17" / "Operator" / "we" / "us" refers to the company operating the pk17 platform at https://pk17.app and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk17 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the pk17 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the pk17 website, mobile site, and any related gaming software or services operated by pk17.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency used on the pk17 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, match bonus, free spin value, or reload credit awarded by pk17.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to any PKR deposited by the Player directly into their pk17 account balance.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by pk17.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pk17 platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the pk17 platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any game-specific rules, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

pk17 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the pk17 platform. Your continued use of pk17 after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on pk17, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk17 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and conducts identity verification checks to confirm player age.
• You must be accessing the pk17 platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited for you personally.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts may only be used by the registered account holder.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of pk17 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have a self-excluded account or a previously closed account on the pk17 platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of pk17 services — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual person may hold only one active pk17 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. pk17 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pk17 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Account Currency: Your pk17 account operates in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). This currency selection is made at the time of registration and cannot be changed thereafter.
• Contact Details: You are responsible for keeping your registered email address and contact number up to date. pk17 communications — including withdrawal notifications, security alerts, and updates to these Terms — are sent to your registered contact details.

5. Account Verification (KYC)

pk17 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals, and may conduct verification checks at any point during your use of the platform. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

As part of KYC verification, pk17 may request one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., National Identity Card, Passport, or Driver's Licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number)
• Source of funds documentation in cases where large deposits or withdrawals are made

pk17 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Providing forged, altered, or fraudulent documentation during the KYC process will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: pk17 accepts PKR deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT (TRC-20). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the pk17 cashier page. pk17 does not charge processing fees on standard PKR deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be declined or reversed.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are available to all players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. pk17 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are subject to standard interbank transfer timelines.

Withdrawal Conditions: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• pk17 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

pk17 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions (including Eid and Ramadan-period offers). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real money. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual bonus. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on pk17 match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Unclaimed or expired bonuses will be removed from your account without compensation.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates are stated in each bonus's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: pk17 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void related winnings if it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonuses with minimal risk, or collusion with other players.
• Eid & Ramadan Promotions: Seasonal promotions offered during Ramadan and Eid periods are designed to be culturally respectful and tasteful. pk17 reserves the right to modify or withdraw seasonal promotions at any time without prior notice.

8. Gaming Rules

All games available on the pk17 platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers. General gaming conditions applicable to all pk17 games include:

• All game outcomes on pk17 are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). pk17 does not influence game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, pk17's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of any affected wager. pk17's decision in such disputes is final.
• pk17 reserves the right to void bets placed on games experiencing known technical errors or incorrect odds/paytables. Players who knowingly exploit such errors will have winnings voided.
• For sports and cricket betting, all markets are governed by the specific sport betting rules published on the pk17 platform. Settlement of sports bets is conducted in accordance with those rules and pk17's trading decisions are final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game or betting market.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk17 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of winnings, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the pk17 platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the pk17 platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain
• Sharing account access with third parties or allowing third parties to wager on your account
• Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or compromise the security of the pk17 platform or its underlying software

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk17 platform — including but not limited to the pk17 name, logo, website design, graphics, game assets, text, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk17 or its licensed suppliers. No part of the pk17 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of pk17.

pk17 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk17 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the pk17 platform.

11. Privacy & Data

pk17 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the pk17 Privacy Policy. A full copy of the Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy.

pk17 may share player data with third-party service providers for the purposes of payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. pk17 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk17's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the pk17 platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

pk17 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.

pk17 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect platform availability from time to time. pk17 will endeavour to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance where practicable.

13. Responsible Gaming

pk17 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered pk17 players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via the account dashboard.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling has become problematic may request permanent self-exclusion from the pk17 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the self-exclusion period.

14. Termination & Account Closure

Closure by Player: You may close your pk17 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary account closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be refunded to your registered payment method following standard KYC checks.

Closure by pk17: pk17 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected or suspected
• KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed
• A player is found to be under the age of 21
• An account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• Regulatory or legal obligations require pk17 to restrict access to its services

Where an account is closed by pk17 due to a breach of these Terms, pk17 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, promotional winnings, or funds derived from prohibited activity held in the account.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk17 is incorporated and licensed. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the pk17 platform, pk17 encourages players to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

pk17 operates under an international gaming license. Players who have exhausted pk17's internal dispute resolution process and remain unsatisfied may refer their complaint to the relevant licensing authority or an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service in accordance with the procedures of pk17's licensing body.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
